[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -slave-idle option

Makes MPlayer idle loop like gui, waiting for a 'load' command from input.
Note that it does NOT imply -slave.

A "bug" - using -fixed-vo causes a frozen window inbetween idling. I see no 
way around this.
