[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] slave seek command to float

Is there any reason why the slave 'seek' command doesn't accept floats?... 
MPlayer's internals accept it perfectly fine, the limitation is only in 
input.c ...

Feel free to flame me if I missed some reason why it's important for it to be 
int... Otherwise, please submit this patch, it helps out my own program a lot 
which uses MPlayer as a slave.. I find it to be a rather silly limitation 
either way.

Compiled and tested of course.
