    Now I understand the problem you have. Currently, all the subtitles appearing at the
same time are considered a whole block (a struct subtitle) and a single alignment is
used for them all. In your case, you are displaying a 'karaoke', therefore each single line
is written in kanji, romanji and english, _at_the_same_time_; all the subs appear with the
same alignment.

    Having different alignments for different subs appearing at the same time is not so trivial,
at least it requires some work. However, it's something I would like to do.
