Since this file have a relatively large a-v after seeking (2s), I don't know 
if it come back to normal after seeking or it's just some side effect of the 
seek, but when the a-v come back to 0, audio is still slower than the video.

I've tried that, doesn't work. But I found it looks like the movie is out of 
sync from the beginning, and keep going with the 1s desync. You can check 
this from the output of 'ct', with the old code, ct is around 0.087, and the 
new code this number increased to 1.3 and oscillated round it. I've upload a 
10M sample, with some conversation in the movie, you can feel the subtitle 
come before the actor say the word. Download it from the same address in my 
last mail.
