i shouldnt have anything missing after 1.27, as i downloaded the mbox.gz 
files from mphq
so it seems noone has anything earlier (assuming arpis version 7 is a typo)
the stuff ive from the polish translators is also useless as their 1.1 is 
definitly >= 1.46
