[MPlayer-dev-eng] version.h

Heyo,

Is there a reason why make clean/distclean do not remove
version.h ?
I ask because my version.h did not get updated for
over nearly 2 years. The problem arises from preventing
make to rebuild most of mplayer because version.h was
changed (why do that many rules depend on it anyways?)
if .developer is present (see Makefile, rev 1.102)
