I did not compile yet but have already a minor remark.
Please do not make demuxer_switch_audio void.
I thought returning the number of the audio track selected would
make it easier to add OSD support as with the subtitles

Sorry the commit for mkv came too early ;-) and I don't think I will 
add support for other containers.
