[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] MacOS X Application Bundle support

Hello again,
given the lack of feedback, I'm reposting a patch that allows the Mac 
OS X version of MPlayer to look for its data files (fonts, 
configurations, etc...) inside the Resources directory of the 
appwrapper, removing the dipendence from having (user-invisible) files 
in /usr/local/share/mplayer.

The patch changes the following files:

configure: adds a "--enable-macosx-bundle" switch, which by defaults 
follows the state of "--enable-macosx-finder-support"

get_path.c: adds a check to look for configuration and data files in 
the Resources directory of the appwrapper if the files are NOT found 
inside the ".mplayer" directory in the user's home.
