[MPlayer-dev-eng] API wishlist about libnemesi (and maybe a full librtp/librtsp)

For the ones that don't know them nemesi[1] and fenice[2] are 2 pure C
opensource implementation of the rtsp and rtp protocols.

Even if the two projects are pretty modular there isn't a clean api nor
a simple way to build the stand alone the single components.

nemesi will be probably split in a nemesi and libnemesi with all the
client side rtp/rtsp logic.

Now the question is:

Which are the functions you'd like libnemesi to export?
