Works for me, but the XML options file was of course out-of-date
for x264, a number of options changed names (... but you know that :-).

I've posted a new XML file, it wokrs for me (and current defaults
seems pretty good, although raising frameref, qblur and qcomp seems
to help a bit, and subq=5 is a winner).
