Though it's a bit too bad to have different names for the same options,
their names a clear in XviD (e.g.: "trellis" means trellis quantization,
the same for "cartoon", "quant_type").
If they were obfuscated, that'd be another story, for sure!
So I agree with Vladimir, your patch doesn't do much more than breaking
scripts...
