Updated and works with at least MPlayer v1.0pre5.

Thanks to Piero and Diego for your suggestions.
I added Balance numbers, changed the Volume
numbers to use V instead of v and shuffled
some display things around so they fit. I left
the commented options to use only volume, which
is explained in the README. I also removed
some pics that were used for potmeters, and removed
the menu and menus pics, since they are not needed.
If it's better to leave them in there let me know,
and I will replace them. This cut the whole size
of the download about in half to 41kb.

As a suggestion, it would be nice if either one
of these were implemented, if it doesn't add bload of
course:

A double-click feature only on the Balance button to
reset to 50%. this would eliminate needing separate
balance numbers.
Or
The Volume and Balance numbers whould share the same
space. In other words, when you move the Volume, you
would see and set the volume numbers, and when you
move the Balance, you would see and set the balance
numbers.
Just a suggestion!
