OK. So we all agree that the above info should be printed at the default
verbosity level? I'd very much like to move all "config file not found"
messages to -v level.

Not me, at least not yet. I could work on that output, though, if I can
find some time.

Aspect? I'm afraid I don't follow. What does aspect have to do with this?
