That would be me.  Not really a bugreport though, just mentioned I
had the problem when testing your pe_image patch.

Don't apply this!  I just tested, and it does very bad things.  The"nan"
I was getting as an aspect has now taken-over audio, and I get
status messages like this:

A:   nan V:  66.2 A-V:    nan ct:-15870.000  1588/1588   8%  0%  0.1%
1588 0 5%

Obviously, "nan" should not be in there.  See attached mplayer.log for
more.  Obviously an audio-only problem, as the video plays fine (with
correct aspect) if I use -nosound
