[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix hr-mp3-seek for real

Hi,
I won't say much about this patch, just
1) since when is samplerate=0 a useful default???
2) since when do you set defaults after a structure has been heavily 
used already???

If nobody complains I will apply real soon!
