Yeah, I thought about calling it turbo, but at the time I wrote the
patch, it wasn't as fast as XviD's "turbo", hence "quicky".
But now, XviD is blown away by lavc, as first pass is running at 60fps!
I changed on my patch "quicky" to "turbo", but maybe we should look for
a really bad-ass name! ;-)
You know, something like "Hyper-fast" our "turbo64" ;-)

With really CPU-hungry options, like qns=3, it reduces by more than 45%!

So here's the PSNR comparison on 2nd pass:
without turbo:
PSNR: Y:42,09, Cb:43,18, Cr:43,06, All:42,41

with turbo:
PSNR: Y:42,08, Cb:43,16, Cr:43,05, All:42,39
