GREAT news people! the "quicky" mode doesn't affect PSNR (or so little,
something between 0.001 and 0.01db).
On one test: without "quicky" mode, it takes ~30min to encode (pass
1+2), with "quicky" mode, it's only 19min!

Isn't that great?
