[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] initial workaround for xorg-6.8 and xvidix on ppc

Xorg-6.8 doesn't save the surface register before altering it in certain 
cases. The net result is on ppc and other bigendian arches you can't 
have xvidix work properly if you, for example, move the mouse or go 
fullscreen.

I just made sure the surface register got set back on the right value 
after fullscreen. It isn't a solution but is enough to don't have the 
fullscreen functionality broken.
