[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Allow selection of DVD stream type in alang option.

Here is a patch to allow selection of a DVD stream type.
Exemple:
 mplayer -alang fr:dts,en dvd://

This will use the french dts track if present else use any french stream type
present else use any english track present.

Comments are welcome.

If nobody complains, I will commit it this week.
