[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fixing asf demuxer

Hi,
here is a fix for the asf demuxer to make it seek correctly in the 
audio-only case.
It fixes 
ftp://ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/!under_checking/0123.32k.wma.txt 
  (crash when seeking backwards a few times) and bugzilla bug #78 (wrong 
time displayed after seeking).
I will apply in a few days if nobody complains.

P.S.: demux_asf.c is yet another file that is desperately in need of a 
maintainer...
