I can certainly add a CC for each and every mail that is sent. Someone
else has to create that mailing list, though.

Give me a list that everyone (ok, the majority of the important
developpers ;)) and I'll implement them.

For that I lack the time and, more important, the knowledge about
Bugzilla. There IS a mail interface, and it IS active, but it's not
complete.
