[MPlayer-dev-eng] Bugzilla: make it usable now!

Hi,
my wishes: a bugzilla mailing list and different states that are more 
suited (the latter was already discussed and using it as it is now 
hasn't changed my opinion about it).
Especially the mailing list where all changes in bugzilla are mailed to 
is a must IMHO, I don't want to put me into the CC fields of all those 
bugs manually!
