[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Removing -jpeg option and parsing -vo jpeg:options instead.

Hi all,

This patch removes the -jpeg commandline option and implements a parser for 
-vo jpeg:options instead.

Old style:

mplayer -vo jpeg -jpeg quality=90

New style:

mplayer -vo jpeg:quality=90

I have updated the manual page and a small message will be printed if the 
old option is used.

Any comments, suggestions, flames or nits to pick?
