[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Configure options for vo_pnm and vo_md5sum

This patch adds --enable- and --disable- options to configure for the pnm 
and md5sum video output drivers.

Eventually, I'd like an MPlayer binary that only has the vo's and ao's (and 
perhaps vf's and af's, if that's possible) I need. Everything should be 
optional at compile time imho. I would like it to be possible to build 
mplayer with vo_xv, ao_oss, maybe vo_pnm, libavcodec and nothing else.

Compiling without vo_pnm and vo_md5sum only saves about 21kB, but it's a 
start :-)

If nobody objects, I'll apply it in a few days.
