[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] ao_macosx support for devices with multiple output channels

This problem was reported a while back, audio device with more than 2 
channel where
not working properly (all channel where used even if the movie file was 
2ch only).
this should fix this. Can someone with libao2 module knowledge can 
check this out,
Im not sure if its the proper way to do it. I also have no mean to test 
if it work since
I have no such device on my mac.
