Two things:

1. Please convert all printf into mp_msg calls. Especially for debugging
   output (I'm not talking about LOGPRINT but about the other messages).
2. Our new policy says that all functions, global variables etc must
   be documented using doxygen compatible syntax. Only about half of
   them are.

Could you please update the patch accordingly? Otherwise it looks good
IMHO (without having tested compilation).
