Hi all,

Here's another patch from the GeeXboX project against the cyberblade vidix driver.
Using -vo vesa:vidix with the current cyberblade driver, the picture is shifted from
half a screen using TVOut (resulting in a half black screen).

This patch (has been tested for monthes with no complain, so
is considered as working) let image displays well on both CRT and TVOut.
