[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] alsa9 and alsa1x ao removal

Hi,
I will remove ao_alsa9.c and ao_alsa1x.c tomorrow. The attached patch 
make sure the user gets an appropriate message when he still tries to 
use them. Interestingly, those two modules aren't compiled in since 
ao_alsa appeared, that message should have been added back then :-(
