[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] support for all mpeg types over HTTP

This patch permits to stream all mpeg formats over http (previously TS 
was escluded
because network.c forced DEMUXER_TYPE_MPEG_PS).

Current mpeg demuxers are very reliable when probing, so there should be 
no problem.

If no one object I will commit sunday.
