What do you mean? Recognized by whom/what? I've noticed your e-mail have
no Content-Type: header. While this is all right if you use US-ASCII
charset only, you should configure your mailer to provide at least
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII header. That might solve
whatever problem you have.
