[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] man-en-update ao subopts

[joy at streamminister.de]

I updated man-page for subopts for alsa and oss. others like sdl, arts esd 
are still missing, maybe the authors of the code know better where their 
subopts are hidden.
