[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fixing libavcodec compilation on MinGW

Hi,

libavcodec doesn't compile for me on MinGW, because it can't find 
fastmemcpy.h.
This seems to be cause by a trailing slash in gcc include path.
Patch for configure appended.
