It was already synced to CVS some months ago.
there were some patches also to CVS version which would be missed.

my build was under linux gcc3.3.3 
I dont have access to windows 2000 but am be willing to 
try and install this on an XP box to test under windows.
(starting in a few minutes)

I noticed you also have XP did this same problem appear there?
