[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] RealMedia seeking fix

hi,
it seems like rm demuxer allows seek on any file even those without index. this patch should fix it to behave correctly according to -noidx -idx -forceidx and no options. 
anyway i only had one file without index afair. so please test and tell me if im wrong.
