Abstract: The current cvs code in libmpdemux/asf_mmst_streaming.c has a
bug on the parameters of iconv_open. iconv_open requires characters
encoding information such as "GBK", while the current code passes sth
like "zh_CN.GBK" to it. The correct way of getting the characters
encoding from environment is "nl_langinfo". However, "nl_langinfo" is
found having portability issue and changed (to the wrong code now) in
previous cvs commits. A piece of code is proposed for the portability
issue.
