[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] configure, detecting head and tail

Hi again,

This patch detects if "head -n x" or "head -x" should be used.
The same goes for tail. 

The patch is only tested under Linux/PowerPC on a system that 
wants "head -n x". Let me know if you have any problems.
