[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Decrease the priority of ao_macosx

Since ao_macosx is buggy/broken, and doesn't offer any added 
functionality or has any advantages over ao_sdl, this patch decreases 
it's priority to be less then ao_sdl.
