Yes

I had purposefully neglected to implement this since I had not
read the dvd to get actual end title number.
we are only at the parsing the command line stage in the code.

It does however support an entry of dvd://-9
(default start of title 1)

Note also there is minimal error cheking if user types dvd://1-3 and there is
only one title on the DVD then the playback just fails for entries 2,3 in the 
playtree.
however a user cannot type in dvd://1-12000 

can patch be considered.
