[MPlayer-dev-eng] mail writing and quoteing style

Hey there,

I notice again a huge decrease in the quality of mail writing.
Bad quoting like TOFU [1] or full quote make mails hard to read.
I'd like to advice everyone here to read the two mail writing
guidelines mentioned in the documentation:

Please note, that those are not strict rules and maybe
broken if you feel it makes the mail better readable.
But keep in mind that readability is what really matters,
not personal preferences on esthetics.
