README for the TOOLS directory

1. Preamble
-----------

In this directory you can find some nice scripts and code that makes
using MPlayer and MEncoder easier, for example scripts for DVD track
encoding in 3-pass mode or creating SVCDs from a movie.

2. Shell scripts in TOOLS dir
------------------------------

2.1 TOCrenumber.sh
	Author:		Gabucino
	Description:	Very simple tool to convert numeric TOC links to
			alphabetic
	Usage:		cd DOCS/fr/
			...
			TOCrenumber.sh 2.3.1.2.1 xv_3dfx
			...
	Note:		Obsolete, used for html docs

2.2 c
	Author:		Probably A'rpi and Nick
	Description:	Small script to complile the following c sources:
			bios2dump.c, mem2dump.c, subreader.c, movinfo.c,
			audio-select.c, audio-block.c, png2raw.c and
			fastmemcpybench.c optimized for mmx, k6, k7, sse with or
			without mga enabled
	Usage:		cd TOOLS
			./c
