moin, fyi: dirk ziegelmeier of kdetv fame has ported the dscaler deinterlacers to unix. the code is strangely "modularized", and plain c implementations seem to be missing, though. anyway, find the stuff in kdeextragear-3/kdetv/plugins/filter/ in the kde cvs. -- Chaos, panic, and disorder - my work here is done.
