I only know about LaserZone (Zurich). They handle it like this:

if ((movie.cinema.status == S_NEVER) !!
    (movie.cinema.status == S_NOT_ANYMORE) !!
    (movie.video.local.status == S_ON_MARKET)) {
  sell(movie.video.import);
}

They did so under the old law, as well. But they had one delivery
confiscated due to this. Now they're officially entitled.
