[MPlayer-dev-eng] cvs mplayer does not build on alpha

Hello.

Actually, mplayer probably does build, but libavcodec, which cvs
version I have copied into mplayer source tree (as it is told to do at
http://www4.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design7/dload.html) does not:
