[MPlayer-dev-eng] [Patch] Even better seeking in ogg ;-)

Heya,

some quick tests result:

File 1, without -forceidx:
- cannot seek backwards at all (I have -10 and -60 on my keys), it will
always seek forward to the next key frame,
- seeking forward only seeks to the next key frame, regardless of the
key
- seeking backwards sends mplayer into an endless loop sometimes

File 1, with -forceidx:
- cannot seek forwards at all - it always drops me to 12s from the
beginning
- seeking backwards at the very beginning sends mplayer into an endless
loop if the 'target' is before 0 (e.g. if I'm at 12s I can seek back
10s, but if I'm before 10s it'll enter that loop),

File 2, without -forceidx:
- cannot seek forwards over some points, it'll always drop me to 2:07 if
I try to seek +60 there. +600 works
- seeking backwards is ok

File 2, with -forceidx:
- seeking forward will ALWAYS drop me to the beginning of the file,
- seeking backwards has the same 'stuck in a loop' problem.

Looks like this patch needs some refinement. But I DO appreciate your
trying to get OGM seeking working properly.
