[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_directfb minor updates

Hi,
this is just minor update for vo_directfb2.c it updates/fixes folllowing:

-removes fbdev name option (was declared some time ago as deprecated),
 framebuffer device can be still specified via .directfbrc file
-reporting of field parity imported from dbbmga
-fixed vsync handling in triple buffering mode
