because this is not a patch, it's an ugly hack.
video dumped from frame-vased formats (avi, asf, mov) is useless
without the size field, and this patch removed it to help
its ugly mpeg-in-avi method.

either divx2svcd shoudl be changed/fixed to use -of mpeg
instead of -of avi, or a new option (-dumprawvideo etc)
should be added.
