[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] amr support

This patch add support for 3gp files playback

- add support for amr narrowband and wideband codecs (via lavc)
- add "s263" fourcc to h263 decoder
- fix audio demuxing for 3gp files, because they report wrong channel  
number (based on a patch by Richard van der Hoff)

If you want to use both nb and wb codecs at the same time, you have to  
apply the patch i sent to ffmpeg list yesterday.

To install codecs follow instructions from libavcodec/amr.c

Please double check the configure part.

If you have a sample with amr_wb audio (fourcc "sawb") upload it.
