[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] update debian packaging files

Hello and Happy Holidays, 

Attached is a patch (both plain and gzipped) with updates to the debian 
packaging files. Shared lib depends are corrected, menu file fix, watch file 
added. You might want to change the version and maintainer name in the 
debian/changelog file.
