[MPlayer-dev-eng] Posting rules in web page / welcome message

Hi,
the number of stupid users that top-reply is increasing exponentially
(it's becoming the rule rather than the exception in mplayer-users).

What about adding both in  the subscription web page and in the 
confirmation email
a  set of rules formatted so as to catch the eye rather than as the 
usual anonymous
subscription stuff?
Even a periodic reminder would be useful IMHO.

What's your opinion?
