[MPlayer-dev-eng] VCD Playback documentation update and libcdio query

At the end are some corrections to the "VCD playback" section of the
MPlayer docementation (mplayer/main/DOCS/xml/en/cd-dvd.xml). 

Also, I've been considering adding a patch to make mplayer libcdio
aware (http://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/). My thought is basically
to create a vcd_read_libcdio.h similar to say vcd_read_nbsd.h. Adding
this should give mplayer the ability to read some cdrdao and Nero
CD-Images for example.
